Legacy

Are you ready to TAKE THIS ON?

Nova Scotia’s Canada Winter Games ringette program isn’t just about talent—it’s about heart, work ethic, and growth over time.

Before you self-identify for the 2027 CWG cycle, take a moment to ask yourself:

🔹 Am I committed to a two-year journey of growth, hard work, and learning—regardless of where I start?

🔹 Am I ready to train like a high-performance athlete, not just show up as one?

🔹 Do I embrace feedback and coaching, even when it challenges me?

🔹 Can I balance school, sport, and life, knowing this program will push me to grow in all three?

🔹 Am I prepared to be evaluated consistently—on and off the ice, through games, testing, and how I carry myself?

🔹 Am I excited to be part of a culture built on respect, honesty, competition, and connection?

🔹 Do I want to represent Nova Scotia, not just for what I can do—but for who I am becoming?

If you’re answering yes—then we’re ready to walk this path with you.

STEP UP.

BREAK LIMITS.
