Manager
Nancy Risser
Nancy brings a wealth of experience, having managed teams at every level from Eastern and Atlantic Championships to National Championships - and most notably as a Manager with Team NS at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in Prince Edward Island.
Her passion for the sport, dedication to athlete experience, and tireless attention to detail make her an irreplaceable asset to any team she supports.
Nancy's journey began when her daughter, Angelina, picked up a ringette stick at the age of 10. Today Angelina plays for STFX University, and Nancy continues to pour her heart into giving back to the sport she loves. Whether it's organizing logistics, leading fundraising and sponsorship efforts, or ensuring every athlete feels seen, supported, and celebrated - Nancy goes above and beyond. She's not just a team manager - she's a community-builder, a master communicator, and a second mom to so many.
